RESISTANCE TEMPERATURE DEVICES
A resistance temperature detector (RTD) is a temperature sensor that is based on a metal resistor whose resistance value varies as the temperature changes.
All our RTDs are made in house in Singapore and will be calibrated to either DIN-IEC 751 or ASTM E1137 standards.
Tri-clamp mounting for pharmaceuticals and food industries are also available.
BLEED OR DRIP RINGS
Drip or Bleed Rings can provide a beneficial way of draining piping, taking samples, attaching instruments or even bleeding of a valve. They can also be used with a valve or blind flange, this allows you to reduce and dispose of the pressure for your valve before you remove the flange. This is usually done with a replacement for a leaky valve.
SPECTACLE BLIND / SPACER RING / PADDLE BLIND
Spectacle Blinds are applied in systems, which regularly need to be separated from other installations. Normally, a Spectacle Blind is mounted in the "open" position so that flow through the pipe is possible. If the Spectacle Blind is in the "close" position is rotated, the pipe is blanked off and no flow is possible
